The main reason I like him is because, of all the hobbits, he is my favorite, and I like hobbits. Of course, Legolas comes in close second, for I love the elves as well, but I like Merry the tiniest bit better. Plus, Dominic did a good job playing him.

Legolas...hands DOWN...for me anyway.....he has this silent-cool about him(as do most elves)...and he is more of a lethal weapon then Mel Gibson and Danny Glover COMBINED!!!!!......and dont forget he has a sense of humor...unlike SOME people i know.....

I totally agree with Raja-man! Legolas is SO awesome! It's like, too much awesomeness to even talk about! But Merry is cool too, I guess. lol jk He is my favorite of the hobbits.

I have to agree with Raja-Man.. Legolas.. I like him a lot, but I have other reasons too! lol! See, we made a LOTR spoof type movie with some friends before I had actually seen the movies. Well, I played Legolas (even though I had no idea who he was). Then, once I watched the movies and read the books (which, I have to say are SO much better than the movies!) I really liked Legolas! lol!
Farimer s good too, though, but he is much better in the books... glad I found this blog!
